As a former National Competitor from Mexico City, Lourdes began her gymnastics career at the age of seven. By eleven, she participated in the Nationals where she helped her team retain the gold medal for five consecutive years.After coaching at various gyms in the bay area, she combined her business knowledge and coaching skills to open Gymworld.
