Gymworld Birthday Party Pricing:

• $495 — Private party for up to 12 children


• $595 — Up to 17 children


• $695 — Up to 23 children


• $795 — Up to 30 children

Before the Party Starts

• Arrive no more than 15 minutes early — our team will greet you, help carry items from your car, and assist with decorations and tableware.


• We reserve 30 minutes within your 90-minute party for food and cake.


• Tables and chairs are provided. Please bring: cake, food, drinks, utensils, plates, cups, and decorations.


• All food and drinks must remain in the designated party area — not on the gym floor.

What to Tell Your Guests

To help your party run smoothly and safely, please share these details with your guests:

• All participating children need a signed waiver before joining activities

• Kids should wear comfortable, athletic clothing with hair tied back

• All pockets must be emptied before entering the gym floor

• All participants must follow Gymworld's gym safety rules (coaches explain on arrival)

• No food or drinks on the gym floor

• Children under 3 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times

• Gym equipment is for kids only — adults are welcome to cheer from the sidelines!​
