How much do kids gymnastics classes cost in Marin County?
GymWorld's class pricing varies by program and is billed monthly. Your first payment is prorated based on your enrollment date.

What age can kids start gymnastics classes at GymWorld in San Rafael?
Children can start gymnastics at GymWorld as young as age 2 in our Pre-K to Kindergarten program. We offer programs all the way through age 13 and beyond for competitive team athletes. There's a class for every stage — from first tumbles to competitive routines.
Do I need to sign my child up for a full year of gymnastics?
No — GymWorld uses flexible monthly enrollment, not annual contracts. You can enroll at any time during the year, and if you need to stop, just give us 14 days written notice by email. Your spot is held month to month as long as you're enrolled.
What's the difference between recreational gymnastics and the GymWorld competitive team?
Recreational gymnastics at GymWorld is designed for fun, fitness, and skill-building at a comfortable pace — perfect for most kids ages 2–13.
The GymWorld Team is our competitive program for dedicated gymnasts who want to train more intensively and participate in local and regional meets.
Team-in-Training is the bridge between the two for kids showing strong interest and ability.
Does GymWorld offer gymnastics classes after school in San Rafael?
Yes! GymWorld offers after-school gymnastics classes on weekday afternoons, as well as morning classes for younger children and weekend options for working families.
Our San Rafael gym is located at 3040 Kerner Blvd, with easy access from Highway 101.
Can my child join a gymnastics class mid-year?
Absolutely. GymWorld offers rolling enrollment — you can join any time, not just at the start of a session. Your first payment will be prorated to reflect your actual start date.
Does my child need prior gymnastics experience to enroll?
No experience is needed for most GymWorld classes. Our coaches are trained to work with complete beginners and build skills from the ground up. Kids who've never set foot in a gym are welcome and will feel right at home from day one.
Is GymWorld a good gymnastics gym for kids with sensory sensitivities or anxiety?
GymWorld prides itself on being a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Our coaches are patient and attentive, and our small class sizes mean every child gets personal attention. If your child has specific needs, we encourage you to reach out before enrolling so we can ensure the best fit.
