Classes, Camps, and Events: Full refunds are available for any changes made within 48 hours of booking. Ongoing Classes: Written notification must be received at least 15 days before your last class. This can be emailed to us at gymworld@gymworldmarin.com or you can request to drop your class in the parent portal. Cancellations over the phone or in person will not be honored. This policy allows us to plan appropriate staffing and maintain a safe gymnast-to-coach ratio, which is something we take great pride in.

Requests to change classes are subject to availability. Please contact us directly to make the change. Any changes to camp registration on the week of camp is a $20 admin fee.

Late arrivals may miss portions of class for safety reasons. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or make-ups unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are generally not offered once a program has started. In some cases, account credit may be issued according to cancellation policy.

If we cancel a class or event, families will receive a credit or refund, depending on the situation. In the event of a cancelled class due to a holiday, your monthly bill will be prorated automatically.

All credits must be used within 1 year of the original class or camp date.
