What is your cancellation policy?
Classes, Camps, and Events:
Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of booking.
Ongoing Classes:
To unenroll your child from a class, please email us by the 15th of the current month. This ensures you will not be charged for the following month.
Camps & Events:
• A credit will be issued if you cancel at least 2 weeks before the start date.
• No credit will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the camp or event.
This policy allows us to plan appropriate staffing and maintain a safe gymnast-to-coach ratio, which is something we take great pride in.
Can I reschedule or switch classes or camp days?
Requests to change classes are subject to availability. Please contact us directly to make the change.
Any changes to camp registration on the week of camp is a $20 admin fee.
What is your late or no-show policy?
Late arrivals may miss portions of class for safety reasons. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or make-ups unless otherwise stated.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are generally not offered once a program has started. In some cases, account credit may be issued according to cancellation policy.
What happens if GymWorld cancels a class or event?
If we cancel a class or event, families will receive a credit or refund, depending on the situation.
In the event of a cancelled class due to a holiday, your monthly bill will be prorated automatically.
What is your camp cancellation policy?
Our camps fill up quickly and operate under a dedicated cancellation policy. This helps us plan appropriately, maintain the right coach-to-camper ratio, and give families on our waitlist the opportunity to join with sufficient notice.
We offer Early Bird discounts for summer camp. Each weekly spot is reserved with a $100 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 2 days of booking, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
Partial refunds are available as follows:
• Cancel at least 1 month before camp begins: Refund minus the $100 deposit plus a 10% fee
• Cancel at least 2 weeks before camp begins: Credit issued for future use
• Cancel within 3 days of the camp start date: No refund
Any changes to camp days or weeks incur a $20 admin fee for adjustments which take place during the week of the camp.
How long do credits last?
All credits must be used within 1 year of the original class or camp date.
Can we switch camp weeks?
Yes — with 2 weeks notice and if space is available. We are not able to honor switches within the 2 weeks before the camp takes place.
