GymWorld Team
Big dreams start here. So do strong handstands.
Our Team-in-Training program is perfect for gymnasts who are ready to take things up a notch. With a focus on strength, form, flexibility, and fundamentals, this class bridges the gap between recreational fun and competitive team readiness.
Led by our encouraging coaches, each session blends hard work with high-fives—because progress should feel as good as it looks.
For all ages - if they’re ready, we’re ready for them.
Warning: May cause sudden goal-setting, serious determination, and cartwheel contests in the living room.
Where Potential Meets Possibility
Our Team-in-Training program is the perfect next step for gymnasts ready to grow. With a balance of challenge, encouragement, and team spirit, athletes build a solid foundation for future competition—while discovering just how far their passion can take them.

Team
Team GymWorld: Strength in Skills. Power in Character.
Our competitive team programs—Junior Olympics and XCel—offer gymnasts a chance to grow in both skill and spirit. Through consistent training, teamwork, and goal-setting, athletes develop not only routines but also resilience, dedication, and confidence.
Junior Olympics is a structured program for gymnasts ready for a higher level of focus and challenge.
-
Compulsory (Levels 2–5): Athletes learn and perform set routines.
-
Optional (Levels 6–10): Gymnasts create their own routines within USAG guidelines.
XCel (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) offers a dynamic and rewarding path to competition, with a bit more flexibility in approach. Whether they're mastering skills, cheering on teammates, or learning the value of perseverance, our athletes discover what it means to be part of something bigger—together, they rise.
More Than a Team—A Place to Grow
At GymWorld, our team programs build strong gymnasts and even stronger humans. With guidance from caring coaches and support from teammates, athletes gain skills that stick—on the mat and in life.
